Returns and Replacements

Returns are available for 30 days from the delivery date according to the carrier tracking information. Replacements will be given for manufacturing defects reported to us within 90 days of the order date.  Please note this does not include small imperfections due to the 3d printing process.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund as they are unique to the customer that ordered them.

In the event an item is damaged, we will gladly 3d print a replacement item and get it sent out as quickly as possible. When this happens usually use an expedited shipping method depending on the size and weight of the item.

To initiate a return please contact us at [email protected] with order number and reason for your return. We will work quickly to resolve your issue.

Please do not send your purchase back before getting a proper RMA number from us. In some cases, we have been known to replace the item or issue a refund without you returning the item. So reach out to us and let us know what the issue is.

Late or missing items

If you haven’t received an item, please check the supplied tracking information.

In the event the item is lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a refund or send out another item with expedited shipping.
